Notice of Flight Operation Adjustment on September 28, 2025 due to Typhoon Bualoi
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting and the Aviation Meteorological Center, at 04:00 on September 27, the center of Typhoon No. 10 was located at approximately 14.0°N latitude; 116.6°E longitude, about 580 km east-southeast of the Hoang Sa Archipelago. The maximum wind speed near the center of the typhoon reached level 11-12 (56-71kt), with gusts up to level 15 (90-99kt). The typhoon is moving west-northwest at a speed of 35-40 km/h.
This typhoon is moving very fast (almost twice the average speed). With strong intensity and a wide impact range, it may cause a combination of severe weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, floods, flash floods, landslides, and coastal flooding.
Based on the complicated developments of Typhoon No. 10 (Bualoi), the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has announced the suspension of aircraft operations at airports affected by the storm, including:

Dong Hoi Airport: closed from 13:00 – 22:00 on September 28, 2025

Tho Xuan Airport: closed from 22:00 on September 28, 2025 to 07:00 on September 29, 2025

Phu Bai International Airport: closed from 08:00 – 14:00 on September 28, 2025

Da Nang International Airport: closed from 06:00 – 11:00 on September 28, 2025
