Bamboo Airways Celebrates Extensive Service System Upgrade to Amadeus with Special Offer

• The Amadeus Altéa Suite has revolutionized customers’ experience with Bamboo Airways, offering a more seamless and personalized journey, with diversified ancillaries.  

•  In celebration of the complete system transition, Bamboo Airways is offering a special offer of 15% discount on all Bamboo Airways ticket fares.  

On September 27, 2023, Bamboo Airways completed the upgrade of its passenger service system provided by leading travel technology provider, Amadeus.  

To celebrate the significant milestone, Bamboo Airways has launched the "Innovation for New Experiences" promotion, with a 15% discount using promo code BAMBOO15D for domestic flights, and BAMBOO15I for international flights, applicable on the official website and mobile app; and a 15% direct discount on base fare, applicable in agents' channels distributed via GDS, from October 9, 2023, to October 15, 2023 (*). 

With service touch points powered by the Amadeus suite of travel technology, the passenger experience of Bamboo Airways' will be smoother, faster, and more convenient, especially with connecting international flights. The technology upgrade includes digital platforms such as the Bamboo Airways website, Bamboo Club loyalty portal, Bamboo Airways Mobile Application, etc.; Customer care hubs such as ticket offices, Bamboo Airways First Lounges, airport check-in counters, etc.
