Bamboo Airways has revised its plan to operate domestic and international flights from November 2023 to March 2024, with the aim of mobilizing resources to ensure smooth and uninterrupted passenger service during the peak period at the end of the year and Lunar New Year 2024.  

For the domestic network, Bamboo Airways maintains stable operation of routes connecting major hubs, including Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi - Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang, etc., and leisure routes connecting Hai Phong, Vinh, Thanh Hoa, Dong Hoi, Hue, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Quy Nhon, Con Dao, etc. 

For the international flight network, to ensure operational efficiency, Bamboo Airways will temporarily suspend the following routes: 

• Hanoi - London Gatwick (UK) from October 18, 2023 
• Hanoi - Incheon (Korea) from October 29, 2023 
• Ho Chi Minh City - Sydney/Melbourne (Australia) from November 4, 2023 
• Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi - Frankfurt (Germany) from November 4, 2023 
• Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore from November 1, 2023 
• Hanoi - Taipei (Taiwan, China) from November 6, 2023
• Hanoi - Bangkok (Thailand) from November 7, 2023 
• Hanoi - Narita (Japan) from November 8, 2023  
• Ho Chi Minh City - Bangkok (Thailand) from November 21, 2023 

Bamboo Airways is dedicated to ensuring that passengers affected by flight disruptions are provided with support promptly. We have recently strengthened our personnel to handle support requests and provide assistance as soon as possible. This includes free flight rescheduling or fare refunds to passengers. 

Routes not subject to adjustment will continue to operate as usual, ensuring a smooth travel experience for passengers. Passengers can purchase tickets online through our website or mobile app or directly from ticket offices and sales agents of Bamboo Airways.  

Flight schedules will be updated constantly on the airline's official channels such as the website, fan page, etc. 

Along with stabilizing the flight schedule, the airline ensures 100% service quality by actively training employees and maintaining equipment and facilities to prepare for peak periods.
