Instructions for booking and receiving the discount code
Search for tickets, choose the appropriate fare class, fill in contact information, and select additional services.
- Choose Economy Smart/ Economy Flex class: Receive a discount code of 100,000 VND*
- Choose Business Smart/ Business Flex class: Receive a discount code of 500,000 VND*
- Other fare classes will not be eligible for the discount code giveaway program
Choose one of the immediate payment methods and complete payment:
After completing the payment, the discount code will be displayed below your Booking Reference (PNR) on the ticket confirmation page.
How to save the code:
- Option 1: Take a screenshot and use it later
- Option 2: Click the "Copy" button and paste it into your notes for later use or use it immediately to book your ticket
- Option 3: Register to receive the discount code via email. The discount code will be sent to the email you registered within 5 minutes. Please check your main inbox and spam folder to avoid missing it
If you forget to save the code: Please send an email to info@bambooairways.com with the following format:
- Subject: Retrieve discount code
- Content: Booking channel_PNR_Email (e.g., Website_HFJDGU_tranvana@gmail.com)
*Note:
- The discount code is only applicable to the base fare, excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges.
- Any cases of payment, ticket issuance, and reservation changes made after the program period will invalidate the offer.
- The program may end early if all the promotional discount codes are sold out before the deadline.
