In order to make your international flight journey to Vietnam convenient, Bamboo Airways would like to send to you the information about Bamboo Airways check-in counters at international airports as follows: 

Opening and closing time of check-in counters: 

– Open counter 3 hours before scheduled departure time, close 50 minutes before scheduled departure time at these airports: Incheon (Korea), Narita (Japan), Taoyuan (Chinese Taipei), Suvarnabhumi (Thailand), Changi airports (Singapore), Melbourne (Australia), Sydney (Australia). 

– Open counter 4 hours before scheduled departure time, close counter 60 minutes before scheduled departure time at these airports: Heathrow (United Kingdom), Frankfurt (Germany). 

Check-in counter location: as shown in the photo. 

For Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia routes: operated by Airbus 321 aircraft. 

For Australian and European routes: operated by Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
