Bamboo Airways appoints new Executive Deputy General Director

On August 8, 2022, Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company announced a resolution on electing Mr. Doan Huu Doan to hold the position of Executive Deputy General Director from August 6, 2022. 

 

 

Mr. Doan Huu Doan holds a master’s in Accounting from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law. He also has many years of experience in managing large Vietnamese corporations in the fields of finance, banking, and services, such as Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB), Vietcombank Securities Limited Company (VCBS), MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS), etc. Since July 2022, Mr. Doan Huu Doan was elected to the Board of Management of FLC Group. 

The appointment of Bamboo Airways’ new Executive Deputy General Director is part of the senior management personnel consolidation, in order to gear up the restructuring process and contribute to creating a solid foundation for Bamboo Airways to move faster and more sustainably toward development goals in the new period. 

Domestically, Bamboo Airways targets to strengthen its flight network to promote market recovery, as well as contribute to the local socio-economic development. Internationally, Bamboo Airways continues to expand its flight network to continental gateway airports in Asia, Europe, Australia, America, etc. The airline targets an increase to 35 aircraft by the end of this year, 42 by 2023, and 100 by 2028.
