Claiming Process
1. Claim Submission
Submit claim for Bamboo or partner airlines.
2. Claim Review
This can take up to 7 days for Bamboo flights and 14 days for partner airlines.
3. Outcome Notification
You will receive a notification with the outcome of your claim.

Before making a claim
- Claim within 12 months of your flight.
- Keep these documents until your points are added:
- E-ticket number
- Ticket receipt
- Original boarding pass
- Wait at least 8 days after flying to submit a claim.
- Processing times:
- Bamboo Airways flights: up to 7 days
- Partner airlines: up to 14 working days
Claim missing points for flights
- Name mismatch? Contact Bamboo Airways Call Centre
- You can claim for flights with a departure date up to today.
- Use the provided links to:
- Calculate points for a flight.
- View your flights (and likely check for eligible ones).
