Due to the complex weather conditions in Central Vietnam, Bamboo Airways is implementing a special support policy for passengers traveling to or from Quy Nhon (UIH) with ticket departure dates from 21/11/2025 – 25/11/2025. This policy aims to provide flexibility and facilitate passengers’ travel during this affected period.

1. Support Policy Details 

- Bamboo Airways offers free date changes and itinerary changes for passengers with travel to or from Quy Nhon between 19 November – 25 November 2025 (*), allowing them to switch to new flights departing from 21 November – 30 November 2025. 

- All fare restrictions are waived, and change fees are exempted; passengers will only pay any fare differences and applicable taxes (if any). 

- For tickets with onward domestic sectors or return flights: changes are supported to flights departing up to 10 December 2025. 

Conditions:

The policy is applied subject to seat availability on flights during the support period.
