1. Login via Website

To access your account, you need to reset your password using the “Forgot Password” feature as described below:

Step 1: Log in to your Bamboo Club account on the website[here]

Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password.”

Step 3: Enter your registered email and click “Get OTP.”

Note: The OTP code will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 4: Set a new password and proceed to log in.

2. Login via Mobile App

Currently, this feature is temporarily unavailable. We will provide an update once it becomes operational.
