To meet the needs of passengers who prefer a more comfortable, convenient, and private seating arrangement, Bamboo Airways offers an additional seat purchase service (including two (02) adjacent empty seats) for available flights.

Eligible Passengers

This service is applicable to passengers who purchase tickets on flights operated by Bamboo Airways.

Note: To ensure the most convenient experience for passengers, Bamboo Airways will arrange suitable seating based on the flight's availability. Therefore, passengers are kindly requested not to select their seats in advance.

Applicable Conditions

• Each passenger is allowed to purchase a maximum of two (02) additional seats.
• The maximum number of additional seats per flight: No limit.
• Must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• The additional seats must be confirmed in the same service class as the original seat on the flight.

How to Book the Service

Passengers can book additional seats at ticket offices, airport ticket counters, or through Bamboo Airways' official customer service center.
