Booking time: at least 3 hours before departure.

After successfully booking the service, a confirmation will be sent to the email address used for the ticket purchase. Passengers can print the confirmation or save it on an electronic device for check-in at the airport.
How to purchase paid meals
1. Log in to your Bamboo Club account on the Bamboo Airways Website (If you don’t have an account, Register here).
2. Toggle the option “Use my Bamboo Club account to book” and proceed with the flight booking.
3. After selecting your flight and filling in passenger information, choose “Business Lounge” in the Extra Services section. After completing the ticket booking, members can check that the service is recorded and displayed in the "My Booking" section.

2. After selecting your flight and entering passenger details, choose “Business Lounge” in the Additional Services section. Check that the service is recorded in the "My Booking" section.
Members must provide your Bamboo Club membership number along with your boarding pass for lounge staff to verify and apply the discount.
Note: For direct purchases at the lounge, one membership account applies only to the member themselves, along with one child (ages 2-12) traveling with them, and there is no limit on infants under 2 years old.
Lounge Usage Time
Passengers can enjoy free services at the lounge for a maximum of 3 hours.
Note:
- The business lounge service includes access to the lounge and does not cover priority services or shuttle buses to the aircraft like those for business class passengers.
