Bamboo Airways Launches Flight Schedule Change Notifications via Zalo from December 26, 2024

To improve service quality and optimize information updates for our passengers, starting from December 26, 2024, Bamboo Airways will officially implement the feature of sending Flight Schedule Change Notifications via the Zalo app.

Specifically, for flights with schedule changes, passengers will receive a Flight Schedule Change Notification sent from the Zalo Bamboo Airways Official Account (Zalo OA) to the Zalo account registered with the phone number used to book the ticket. If the Zalo message is not read or delivered successfully within 15 minutes to 2 hours (depending on whether the flight schedule change occurs on the day of the flight or later), the airline will resend the notification via SMS.

At the same time, Bamboo Airways will continue to send Flight Schedule Change Notifications to the email address registered by the passenger to ensure that information is updated completely and promptly.

Additionally, Bamboo Airways encourages passengers to access the My Booking section on the Bamboo Airways website for proactive, quick, and convenient flight schedule updates.
