Bamboo Airways will officially relocate all domestic flight operations to and from Ho Chi Minh City to Terminal T3 – Tan Son Nhat International Airport starting August 18, 2025. Details are as follows: - Check-in counters: During the initial phase, flights will check in at counters 45–50 (opposite Gates D2 and D3, Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport). The last-minute ticket counter is located at Gate D2 for passengers’ convenience. - Support policy (August 18–25, 2025): Passengers who miss their flights departing from Terminal T3 due to not being aware of the change, but arrive at T3 within 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time printed on the ticket, and are confirmed by Bamboo Airways’ ground staff, will be eligible for a free ticket change to the next available flight on the same route. If the next flights are fully booked, Bamboo Airways will still provide free ticket changes (including fare difference) to the soonest available flight. For routes with only one daily flight, passengers will be offered a free ticket change to the next day’s flight on the same route. - Information channels: Bamboo Airways recommends that passengers regularly follow and update information through the airline’s official channels, including the website, fanpage, email, SMS, and Zalo OA, to ensure a smooth journey. - Contact us:
