Special card rating policy for Bamboo Club members

Dear Valued Customer,

Intending to improve service quality and understand members' desire to maintain card tier, Bamboo Club implements a special eligibility policy exclusively for members whose card expires in 2023. Details are as follows:

1. For First, Diamond, and Gold members with tier expiration date from January 1 to May 2023:

Based on the number of valid qualifying flights/points in the member's account as of May 1, 2023, if the member meets the additional flights’ condition from May 15, 2023, to June 30, 2023, a special eligibility policy will be applied for the next period as specified:

Number of qualifying flights/points valid as of May 1, 2023 From 20 to 29 flights or from 2000 to 2999 qualifying points From 10 to 19 flights or from 1000 to 1999 qualifying points From 5 to 9 flights or from 500 to 999 qualifying points
Flight conditions
  • Conduct 1 more Business Class flight or 3 Economy Class flights on any routes operated by Bamboo Airways
  • Flights must be qualifying flights
Flight time From 15/05/2023 to 30/06/2023
Next period member tier if the Member meets the conditions First Diamond Gold

 

2. For First, Diamond, and Gold members with tier expiration dates from June to December 2023:

Based on the number of valid flights/points in the member's account as of May 1, 2023, if the member meets the additional flights’ condition 1 month before the tier expiration date, a special eligibility policy will be applied for the next period as specified:

Number of qualifying flights/points valid as of May 1, 2023 From 20 to 29 flights or from 2000 to 2999 qualifying points From 10 to 19 flights or from 1000 to 1999 qualifying points From 5 to 9 flights or from 500 to 999 qualifying points
Flight conditions
  • Conduct 1 more Business Class flight or 3 Economy Class flights on any routes operated by Bamboo Airways
  • Flights must be qualifying flights
Flight time 01 month before the expiration date
Next period member tier if the Member meets the conditions First Diamond Gold
