From August 18, 2025, Bamboo Airways will officially move all domestic flights to Tan Son Nhat Terminal T3
Bamboo Airways will officially relocate all domestic flight operations to and from Ho Chi Minh City to Terminal T3 – Tan Son Nhat International Airport starting August 18, 2025. Details are as follows:
Check-in counters: During the initial phase, flights will check in at counters 42–53 (opposite Gates D2 and D3, Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport). The last-minute ticket counter is located at Gate D2 for passengers’ convenience.
Support policy (August 18–24, 2025): Passengers who miss their flights departing from Terminal T3 due to not being aware of the change, but arrive at T3 within 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time printed on the ticket, and are confirmed by Bamboo Airways’ ground staff, will be eligible for a free ticket change to the next available flight on the same route. If the next flights are fully booked, Bamboo Airways will still provide free ticket changes (including fare difference) to the soonest available flight. For routes with only one daily flight, passengers will be offered a free ticket change to the next day’s flight on the same route.
Information channels: Bamboo Airways recommends that passengers regularly follow and update information through the airline’s official channels, including the website, fanpage, email, SMS, and Zalo OA, to ensure a smooth journey.

Seating details
- Front row seat: These are the first 5-6 rows in the Economy class cabin. They are located near the aircraft doors, reducing the time needed to board and disembark.
- Emergency exit row seats: These seats are positioned alongside the emergency exits on the aircraft. Their location varies depending on the aircraft configuration. Extra Legroom emergency exit seats offer spacious legroom in front, allowing passengers to stretch their legs comfortably without obstruction from the seat in front.
+ Passengers selecting an emergency exit seat must meet the following requirements:
Be between 15 and 60 years old.
Be in good health, not pregnant, and not traveling with passengers requiring special assistance (e.g., children, persons with limited mobility) or carrying special items such as pets.
Be able to hear, read, and understand printed or verbal safety instructions related to emergency evacuation, and follow crew commands.
Must not require a seatbelt extension.
Have no physical or other limitations that would prevent assisting in an emergency evacuation. Note: If the crew determines that a passenger seated in the emergency exit row is unable to perform the required duties, the passenger will be asked to move to another appropriate seat.
- Standard seats: These are the standard seats in the Economy class cabin, starting from the rows behind the Front Seats up to the middle of the cabin (excluding seats near the emergency exits).
- Back seats (window and aisle): These seats are located at the window or aisle positions in the rear section of the Economy class cabin (excluding seats near the emergency exits).
- No-Fee Seats: These are the middle seats in the rear section of the Economy class cabin
