Airport Upgrade fees are as follows:

For Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh city route and vice versa

Note:

- Above fees includes VAT

- Upgrade fee is applicable for 1 adult or child (from 2-11 years old) per segment, free for accompanying infants (under 2 years old).  In case of upgrade for an adult and his/her accompanying infant causes an excess of the number of infants accepted on that cabin: upgrade is not allowed

– Domestic routes: applied at airports within 03 hours prior to scheduled departure time. 

– Services available after upgraded: include standard services for Business class, except: 

  • Refund/Cancellation, Rebook/Reroute: based on the original fare rules. 

  • Meal: Served according to service standards of the original fare class (serving meals according to Business class standards will depend on the provide capability at the time of upgrade)
