For customers who are severely disabled/heavily disabled or especially disabled and hold Vietnamese nationality, Bamboo Airways applies a preferential fare at 85% of the ticket price for fare groups within the Bamboo Economy class (price excludes taxes and fees).

Applicablec conditions: Customers must present a disability certificate confirmed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune/ward/district/city, issued in accordance with the joint circular No. 37/2012/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT-BGDT dated December 28, 2012, regulating the determination of disability levels as implemented by the Disability Assessment Council
