By accomplishing a Business or two Economy Flex flights during our promotional period, you can upgrade to a higher Bamboo Club Tier or remain your current Tier while keeping exclusive privileges with Bamboo Airways.

Offer Period: From now until December 31st, 2025

HOW TO UPGRADE OR REMAIN YOUR MEMBERSHIP TIER

Case 1: Cards expired between January and June 2025

Note: Your membership card will only be upgraded if your tier at the time of assessment is lower than the tier specified in the promotion.

Example 1: A membership tier expired in January 2025 has accumulated 15 qualifying flights by June 30, 2025. By completing (1) Business or (2) Economy Flex flights between July 1 and July 31, 2025, they will be upgraded to First.

Example 2: A membership tier expired in January 2025 has accumulated 6 qualifying flights by June 30, 2025. By completing (1) Business or (2) Economy Flex flights between July 1 and July 31, 2025, they will be upgraded to Diamond.

Case 2: Cards expired between July and December 2025

Note: Your membership card will only be upgraded if your tier at the time of assessment is lower than the tier specified in the promotion.

Example 3: A membership tier expires in August has accumulated 6 qualifying flights by July 31, 2025. By completing (1) Business or (2) Economy Flex flights within August 2025, they will be upgraded to Diamond.

Example 4: A membership tier expires in September has accumulated 15 qualifying flights by August 31. By completing (1) Business or (2) Economy Flex flights within September 2025, they will be upgraded to First.
